It is a pity if Hong Kong cannot supply further copies as there is little doubt that unless we could put up an exceptional case H.M.S.O. would never agree to setting up the type in order to print 25 copies, especially with the shortage of metal and the amount of tabular matter involved the cost would be prohibitive.

I do not think it could be photostated as several of the diagrams would not come out at all clearly, figures etc. being too small, and they would therefore not be much use.
I doubt very much whether the S.O. would agree to cyclostyling as they are very averse to using this method where the report in question has already been printed. A very strong case would have to be made for the expense to be incurred.
